We are seeking for a talented and detailed oriented individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager. 

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing Sales Representatives of an assigned territory. You will also be responsible for hiring and training Sales Representatives. You should be able to maintain a strong relationship the clients. 

In addition to this, you should possess excellent ability to solve problems as well as outstanding communication skills. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should be able to achieve the desired sales target.

Responsibilities 

  • Preparing territory sales and marketing strategies. 

  • Training and guiding Sales Representatives

  • Evaluating the team members’ performance. 

  • Travelling to the assigned territory as and when required. 

  • Understanding the needs and requirements of customers in the assigned territory. 

  • Explaining the customer about the product and services offered by the company. 

  • Determining the sales and marketing methods for increasing sales within the assigned territory. 

  • Meeting the company expectations. 

  • Taking feedback from the customers on a timely basis. 

  • Conducting survey to understand their specifications. 

  • Creating brand awareness within the assigned territory. 

  • Motivating the Sales Representatives and other team members. 

  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customers. 

  • Analyzing the sales results and metrics. 

  • Keeping check on the competitor's sales activities. 

  • Adhering to all the rules and regulations. 

  • Staying up to date with the latest sales industry trends. 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communication, Marketing, or Business Administration. 

  • Work experience as a Territory Sales Manager, Territory Manager, or a similar position in the Sales industry. 

  • Demonstrate excellent sales skills. 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. 

  • Strong organization and analytical skills. 

  • Exceptional customer service skills. 

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools. 

  • Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver. 

  • Good numerical abilities. 

  • A keen eye on details for accuracy. 

  • Good time management skills. 

  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks. 

  • Excellent problem solving and networking skills. 

  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required. 

  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. 

  • Strong decision-making skills.
