We are looking for an experienced and reliable Security Guard to join our company. Your aim should be to detect, observe and report any unusual activities. You will be responsible for the security of our entire office premises.
As a Security Guard, your responsibilities will include
surveillance of our building and equipment,
assigning security badge to visitors,
setting up security controls,
investigating suspicious activities and reporting them to the management.
You should prevent all illegal or irrelevant actions. If you consider yourself a suitable match, then please apply for this position.
Monitor and protect property entrance and vehicle gates.
Maintain a safe and secure environment by protecting the company’s property.
Monitoring surveillance cameras and reporting suspicious behavior if any.
Respond quickly to alarms and respond in a timely manner.
Authorize the entrance and departure of employees, visitors and other people to protect and maintain security in the premises.
Ensure all the doors, windows and all other exists are closed properly.
Observe and investigate suspicious incidents and signs of crime or disorder.
Communicating with law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, and fire departments.
Ability to perform first aid procedures and CPR.
Ability to provide information during non-business hours.
Inspect and adjust security equipment and system to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering.
Maintain an activity log and daily surveillance activities.
Prepare and submit reports of every suspicious action.
GED or High school diploma
2+ years of experience as a Security Guard, Security Officer or similar role in the Security Department.
Registered as a security officer.
Trained in self-defense and Fist Aid.
Outstanding knowledge of public safety and security procedures
Excellent knowledge of state laws and regulations.
Working knowledge with surveillance systems and emergency equipment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities having outstanding attention to detail.
Strong team player
