As a Technician, you will be responsible for managing and installing all the electrical wiring and systems. You will also be responsible for working with the team of Technicians and Engineers. Moreover, you should be troubleshooting any technical problems as and when required.  

Additionally, you should possess phenomenal communication skills and the ability to pay close attention to details. You should also have the ability to meet the deadlines as well.

Responsibilities  

• Checking the electrical systems and wiring structures.  

• Analyzing any faults in the existing systems.  

• Working in collaboration with the Site Engineer for installation of new wiring.  

• Testing the old electrical wiring on a regular basis.  

• Repairing and replacing old wiring as and when needed.  

• Keeping a watch on electrical inventory and restocking them as well.  

• Performing manual calculations and measurements.  

• Suggesting improvements in the electrical wiring systems.  

• Making use of electronic equipment and devices.  

• Performing various calibrations of the systems.  

• Writing down all the changes that are done in the wiring plans.  

• Working with the Engineering department in an efficient manner.  

• Attending meetings and conferences organized by the company.  

• Preparing and testing all the test runs to meet the safety protocols.  

• Adhering to all the environmental rules and regulations.  

• Staying abreast of the latest developments in the industry.  

Requirements  

• High school diploma or GED.  

• 4 years of experience working as a Technician, Technician Apprentice, or a related work in the Engineering industry.  

• A valid license as a Technician issued by the state.  

• A professional certification as a Technician will be required.  

• Ability to find and analyze the problem promptly.  

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.  

• Good oral and written communication skills.  

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.  

• Ability to instruct and explain the users.  

• Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina.  

• Outstanding customer service skills.  

• Good decision-making abilities.  

• A keen eye for details for accuracy.
