We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic HR Representative to be a part of our team. You should be primarily able to assist with the fulfillment of all HR-related activities. You will be responsible for gathering and maintaining an accurate record of all employee details. Besides, you should also be able to address any employee queries and complaints.
You will also be responsible for planning and organizing various recruitment activities. Also, you will be coordinating with the Hiring Manager in scheduling candidate interviews. Moreover, you should also be able to prepare and post job ads on various job boards.
As an HR Representative, you should be familiar with various HR practices and recruitment software. In addition to this, you should demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills. Your ability to maintain reliability and handle stressful situations will be advantageous.

Gathering and maintaining an accurate record of all employee details
Assisting in drafting company policies and programs
Addressing employee queries on payrolls, compensations, or any other benefits
Coordinating with the HR Manager and Payroll Manager in developing employee package benefits
Assisting in planning and organizing recruitment activities
Communicating with potential hires and scheduling interviews
Sorting and maintaining a record of all candidate applications
Posting job ads on various job boards and social networks
Performing administrative tasks as and when required
Ensuring that the new hires are familiar with the company’s processes and are given necessary training
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
Proven work experience as an HR Representative, HR Intern or a similar position in the Human Resources department
Knowledge of various HR practices, rules, and regulations
Familiarity with recruitment software such as Jobsoid
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and reliable individual
