Our Engineering department is in search of an Engineer to join us. You should be able to communicate with clients and understand their requirements. Besides, you should also be able to assist in determining project budget and timelines. You will also be responsible for implementing new engineering processes and suggesting improvements on the existing ones. 

You should be able to train and supervise the activities of the Engineering Technicians. Moreover, you should be able to prepare detailed and accurate project reports. You should also be able to analyze and establish efficient testing methods. In addition to this, you should also be able to review project specifications and technical diagrams. 

As an Engineer, you should have excellent technical skills and the ability to conduct in-depth research. Furthermore, you should have an eye for detail and strong leadership qualities. A successful candidate should also be able to handle stressful situations and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities 

• Assisting in estimating project costs and timelines 

• Designing and implementing various engineering processes 

• Ensuring that all the required tools and systems are in proper working order 

• Reviewing existing engineering processes and suggesting improvements 

• Coordinating and supervising the activities of the Engineering Technicians 

• Staying up-to-date with the trends and developments in the Engineering industry 

• Preparing detailed and accurate engineering reports 

• Communicating with clients to understand their requirements 

• Ensuring that the projects are completed within the assigned timelines 

• Analyzing and establishing testing methods 

• Reviewing project specifications and technical diagrams 

• Suggesting ways to improve production efficiency 

• Adhering to the safety protocols and industry standards at all times 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field 

• Holding a valid engineering license 

• Proven work experience as an Engineer or a similar role in the Engineering industry 

• Excellent technical and project management skills 

• Good time management and organizational skills 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Ability to conduct in-depth research 

• Having an eye for detail 

• Strong leadership skills 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively 

• Ability to offer excellent customer service
